Nemanja I have been in this game for more than a 15 years. I started training with bodyweight when I was 15 years old, adding weightlifting exercises as I got stronger. I have developed and tested various training programs during this time in an effort to deliver good and consistent results. In combination with training, I tested a variety of nutrition programs to complement my workout and provide me with necessary energy to last for the whole day. My knowledge and expertise have helped me to avoid crash diets and losing muscle while maintaining consistently outstanding physique. Trajan More than 10 years experience with weightlifting and calisthenics gave me the necessary experience to gain knowledge on how the muscle structure and body reacts to a specific training program and regiment. I have supplemented my personal experience with the world's literature that is written on this subject. Books on training, high physical performance, weight lifting and dieting. This allowed me to help many others to go and unlock their peak physical performance and get closer to the body they always wished for. We will be given the adversities we need in order to shape our character and fortify our resolve.
