Calisthenics & weightlifting
The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek kallos, which means beauty, and sthenos meaning strength. calisthenics is the art of using one's own body weight to develop strength and build the physique. calisthenics consists of a variety of different body-weight exercises generally without the use of any equipment however weights can be added in various body exercise to increase the intensity and difficulty. these exercises are best performed along with stretching movements for an entire body workout and maximal efficiency exercises conducted mostly in the spirit of calisthenics and additional accessory exercises .combination of calisthenics exercise and other accessory exercises will not just contribute to greater skill-set and strength but as well as a parallel effect to more aesthetic build and better looking muscular body. this hybrid training style is an interplay between body exerciser and weights and is a most efficient complementary towards building strength while keeping mobility and flexibility. with proper training routine and nutrition, you can achieve the body you always wanted while getting the discipline and the character you always needed

Calisthenics as word is derived from combining kallos (from the ancient word κάλλος), which means "beauty" or "beautiful" (to emphasize the aesthetic pleasure that derives from the perfection of the human body) and sthenos (σθένος), meaning "strength" (great mental strength, courage, strength and determination).
