Liver is a superior and incomparable source of Nutrients among ‘super foods’
Gram per gram is the single most valuable food you can eat in the world.

When a pack of wolves hunts and take-down prey the first to eat and choose its part of the hunt is the Alpha wolf (the exemption is made when there is a sick wolf among them and thus allowed to eat first).

Liver including the heart and the kindness are the specialty on the menu and are always chosen as the most valuable and first food to be consumed. Not just among wolves but any other predator animal without exception.
Natural instincts in these animals and inborn nature to strive for strength are urging this predator to seek the liver and other organ parts first. Clean muscle meat is usually left for the last or for the vultures around and it's often neglected. (it's simple lest nutrient-rich) 

Unfortunately, as with many things today this as well has been turned upside down. In the modern household delicacy on the menu is always the clean cuts of the muscles, organ meat is scarcely found on any eating table or dish today.  ( our ancestors scarcely left any part of the animal uneaten ) 
Eating liver at least twice a weak mildly cooked or gently fried in a frying pan will support our bodies with the most needed valuable nutrients in order to achieve our  highest potential 
And raise the  Testosterone level in men on a predator level
